Bringing SCS Group Back Online

After being offline for a few years, SCS needed a website that not only met industry standards but also helped them attract high-quality candidates. They brought me in to design a modern, professional site that showcased their established reputation and made it easy for new talent to find and apply for open roles.

I worked closely with the management team and directors to plan the structure of the site, mapping out a clear and simple wireframe that included everything prospective candidates would want to know before applying. From there, I used their existing branding to create an impactful, clean design, and collaborated with the team to select images that genuinely reflected the important work they do with children and young people every day.

I also wrote all of the website copy, keeping it clear, relevant and straight to the point, while avoiding any unnecessary fluff or jargon.

Since launching the new website, SCS now receive a regular stream of high-quality, pre-qualified candidates directly through the site something that wasn’t possible before.

I’ve continued to support them with updates, including uploading new roles and adding extra pages as the business grows and evolves.

Getting Social

With a brand new website up and running, SCS Group now had a central hub to direct potential candidates to, so the next step was refreshing their social media presence to support it.

Recruitment was still the main focus, so we developed a content strategy that gave people a real feel for what it’s like to work at SCS. This meant creating posts that went beyond just job ads we shared behind-the-scenes insights into the company and the meaningful work their teams do with children and young people every day.
